I have recently installed the latest version of HCL.  It is version 2. 1. 7, running on Linux CentOS, with Apache 2. 2. 11 and PHP 5. 2. 8.  Everything was working fine until I changed the "Notes" section of Help Center Live.  I just replaced the standard note with information for my employees to easily figure out the new system.  Since I changed that note, the image for Live Help is not changing from offline to online, even though in my admin panel, it says that the operator is logged in.  I am getting two repeated errors in my error log.  They are as follows:

PHP Notice:  Undefined index:  status in /home/mundt/public_html/livehelp/client. php on line 592
PHP Notice:  Undefined index:  name in /home/mundt/public_html/livehelp/client. php on line 645

If anyone has a solution to this problem, please let me know ASAP.
