Hi Folks,

Hopefully this board is "live", I was so excited to finally settle on a solution on my search for a ticketing system. 

My name is Peter Reck, Swiss living in Los Angeles.  My passion is CMS and I am just now getting into Joomla. 

Can someone assure or discourage me that HCL *is* indeed what I look for: A customer support interface for a small pc consulting business?

Looking forward to meeting some of you, and thanks for any response!

In my mind, i can assure you that HCL is absolutly perfect for your small pc consulting business !
