This is in both IE and Firefox.

Operator A clicks "Start Operator Chat"
Operator A selects Operator B - who is available
Operator A gets screen that says "Waiting to connect"
Operator B gets the request, clicks accept, and gets a window saying "this chat session has been closed."

I'm really confused - does anyone know what could be causing this?

Which version are you using?
Do you have Java installed on you PC?

We're using 2.1.5, and yes, I have Java installed.  I can chat with a customer, but not another operator.  Java is installed on both machines.
