Hello everyone,

I installed help center 2. 1. 7 on a linux server.   Operators are assigned to department,but when they click online, it does not show as anyone is online on the front end.

I've seen the responses posted by previous members but that goes back 2 or so years.   Does anyone know how to resolve the issue with 2. 1. 7?
