Hi all,


I'm a web developer.  Developed applications for call center where the agents login.
I'd like to embed HCL into one of my application so that when the agents log into my application, they ahould also be logged into HCL automatically, i. e, upon opening the hcl login page , it should show the operator is logged in show  all the links for the operator.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am also working of on offshore call center and we are suing vonage an American companies voip devices and they have special built in functionality .
