OsTicket and Help Center Live

Can these two products be intergrated? If so, how?

Ive been reading in the code and in the forums about these two system, how do i make them into one?

They can, and I can even provide a osTicket version that is setup to work with HCL, however, you would need to do a fair amount of programming to fix all the bugs in osTicket. A fairly daunting task.
