Ok, everytime i try to start live chat, i start it, and click the button to do it and i get an error saying nothing, than it says contact us, i type in info and hit submit, and than it brings me to another page saying info has been sent and than above it says

You must log in and setup at least one department.  The system is getting confused, because with no departments, it doesn't know what to do with an incoming request, so it bails out to the contact form.
