You know. . .  I've had this installed since 2008 (no new version since then).   Now, I get the same thing and no one has an answer.   I think I'll dump everything and re-install.   Hate to do it, 'cause I customized the look of it.   If it doesn't work after that, I'm on to a new Live Help solution.   I see a lot of people with this problem posting and it doesn't make any sense.   This product may be dead. . .
