Hello again.

A starnge issue that I have never been able to solve is that whenever I go to the trouble tickets sections I see the following text at the bottom of the window....

Notice: (null)(): Mailbox is empty (errflg=1) in Unknown on line 0

Notice: (null)(): Mailbox is empty (errflg=1) in Unknown on line 0

Notice: (null)(): Mailbox is empty (errflg=1) in Unknown on line 0

Is there anyway to hide as it? Everything seems to be working regardles.

Is this the tickets that are included with 2.1.2?  If so, that software is bug ridden and really should not be used.  There is an initial release of eTicket (the successor of osTicket) which is less buggy.  eTicket is very much like osTicket, however they have been busy fixing bugs and getting things stable.  As far as I know, there isn't any support for osTicket anymore, other then upgrading.

You can find the downloads in the box to the left, then locate the 2.1.x modules.
