Hey guys,

This is my first day using help center live and I have a question.  I have searched for this everywhere but have not been able to find it.  I'm sure it is possible but I dont know how to do it.

I want a popup dhtml window to appear when a user logs onto my website.

Here is an example:

hxxp: www. abtechsupport. com/why-abtech-support

Is something like this possible?

Also on a side note, can I make it so that I can respond to live chat on my blackberry?

Please let me know!

I did not actually get a popup on that page, however it should not be hard to do. Just look around the javascript button code that you are given and you should find the code to open a window. Once you have that it is just a matter of putting it in an onload section of your body or javascript code.

I am not actually sure about on the blackberry as I have never used one (iPhone ftw), however if it can handle tabs/windows, there is a good chance that you can. However it may not work very well, as the current code doesn't even work properly on a mac Tongue

I am NOT a developer for HelpCenterLive. I am just trying to help out anyone that has issues. If you have a problem, check the list of fixes and then create a new topic
