If someone requests to initiate a chat session from the client side, choose the department with whom you want to communicate, the message that it is connected, until the timeout ends, but on-line operators never receive notice of chat application, I could help with this problem, I expect an answer, thank you!

I am having the same problem. I click on help, and it says "please wait while we connect you. " But, nothing happens. I have gone in and signed in as an operator where I say ONLINE. But, still nothing. What is wrong?
