Title: New to HCL. Trouble getting Operator to be logged in so graphic switches on Post by: wyclef on May 28, 2010, 01:04:03 AM Hey, just installed HCL, was a breeze. But i'm having trouble getting operators to be logged in so I can initiate a chat. I'm on a mac, using firefox latest one. Any advice?

I installed the latest release, which is running on a Linux webhost. I use Windows 7, and I tested the chat with IE 8. 0. 7600. 16385, Firefox 3. 6. 3, and Chrome 5. 0. 375. 55.
