Title: HTML code causes an error and page can not be validated. Post by: beamstir on July 19, 2007, 09:21:50 AM When I try to validate the HTML on the page with the HCL code, I get an error reported in the HCL code, and the page can not be validated. The inserted code was copy and pasted. When I try to preview the page in an editor I also get an error.
Anyone know whats going on with this one? ??? Title: Re: HTML code causes an error and page can not be validated. Post by: HCL Admin on July 19, 2007, 01:29:48 PM Can you paste a copy of your code in a code segment here (put it in
Code: your generated code ) That or if you could send me a link via PM, I'll take a look at it. Title: Re: HTML code causes an error and page can not be validated. Title: Re: HTML code causes an error and page can not be validated. Post by: beamstir on July 20, 2007, 12:20:53 AM I was attempting to validate in site from IBP & Arelis 9.7.1 and got the same result from the IBP Business validate tool.
Any thoughts on other ways I can try? Title: Re: HTML code causes an error and page can not be validated. Post by: HCL Admin on July 20, 2007, 01:03:02 AM How about the people that set the standard? w3c.org (http://validator.w3.org/) You'll have to upload to your server somewhere (doesn't have to be linked to anything, it just needs to be where the validation tool can get to it...
