Title: 3 bugs and some errors

windows 2003 , apache 2.2 , php5 , hcl-2.1.3a , running fine , all critical features work

bug 1 : after uploading new images to replace default offline/online icons the default gif ones get deleted from /icons but our jpegs do not appear under /icons and we have to put them ourselves

bug 2 : operator chat logscan not be deleted by noone from nowhere , after pressing the button just a blank page is shown

bug 3 : pictures for operators display the x , only worked with one op with a very small gif image , all others did not work

Thanks for posting, I'll get them added to the tracker, and work on stomping them.  The PHP notices are fairly normal, it's a matter of some code clean up to get rid of them, something that probably won't be done on the 2.1.x versions, but is being worked on in 3.0.0.  The errors are rather strange however, as I do not get them on other installs.
