Title: Not allowing users to choose whether to talk to administrator Post by: Migs on October 11, 2007, 06:54:23 PM What code modifications would be needed to just be able to initiate a chat with a browsing user from the admin, but not show a window that asks if they want to chat with support, but just open the chat window immediately?

Seriously, if you put this on any normal page a couple of things will happen, you'll be inundated with chat "requests" and zero control. And visitor irritation that they are forced into a chat without their permission. Basically you shortcut the initiate process, bypassing user control if I understand correctly.
