Title: Live Help - Always showing Offline Post by: guideaffiliates on October 20, 2007, 09:32:37 AM I just recently installed Live Help. It all looks good so far, except the Live Help. I am logged in as admin and I have clicked to open Live Help. It comes up and I show as Online and Sound On, etc. However, when I go to the main help center page it shows that Live Help is Offline. Never shows me as Online and always gives this message when clicked on - Unfortunately there are no operators available to assist you at the moment. Please submit your query using our trouble ticket system.
