Title: Request Chat Whitescreen Post by: Delaware.net on November 16, 2007, 09:13:00 PM When someone requests a chat, we can click the Accept button to accept the chat and it opens a new window for the chat, but it just hangs at a whitescreen and never loads. We are using version 2.1.5 and this is a new install. Everything else about the program works flawlessly. I believe it is a port issue as this server has a firewall and blocks all ports unless specified otherwise. Does anyone know what port HCL requires to make a chat request? Any other ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.
