We've just installed HCL for the first time on our site and it is proving to be a useful addition already. In the last two days we've had around 10 chats with site visitors ;D We have had a few issues whilst testing where the customers screen was hanging after an operater accepted the chat but I'll work on trying to solve this myself a little more. If I can't find a fix I'll no doubt be back to ask for assistance :P Just wanted to say thanks to be honest, we're always looking for ways to improve our site and HCL has certainly done that.
