Title: My custom winapp Post by: Curt on December 05, 2007, 03:32:09 AM I just transferred from my other live support solution to HelpCenterLive. My old solution was ChatStat (http://chatstat.com).
I have made a basic webbrowser, or (winapp) for HCL, which runs on startup. It has features to stay online, remember password, and resize stretch. Here are some previews: http://www.imagerip.com/public/viewset/63 features to come: auto login, system tray, idle away, custom GUI, no webbrowser needed, If anybody is interested in this, I can compile a 10 use trial version for your site, or meet your standards for a fee. Contact: Curt@itscurt.com AIM: tinkleondabeach or needforsupport MSN: support@precision-media.net Send me a PM. Depending on the amount of people interested, I may create a universal client that will work with any site. Title: Re: My custom winapp Post by: Curt on December 23, 2007, 09:10:35 AM Hi, after seeing a response, I have upgraded the client to have more features, including PHP integration and logout detection.
I have also setup a video demo of the features. http://youtube.com/watch?v=3DcdHOqK0Wk Shadrack Kirui, I will send you an email regarding a trial of the program. Title: Re: My custom winapp Post by: HCL Admin on December 27, 2007, 09:36:55 PM Curt, is your app shareware, gpl, or ?? Curious if your planning an mechanism to allow plug-in access.
Title: Re: My custom winapp Post by: victor on December 28, 2007, 04:41:24 PM it seems to be shareware, because he is sending a trial, lets wait his response
Title: Re: My custom winapp Post by: siforek on January 12, 2009, 12:56:32 PM Props for actually doing something here, but I think you're missing the point. . .
The big advantages of a winapp are not having windows open all the time, auto startup, notifications, etc. . How about implementing some type of plugin for pidgin: hxxp: developer. pidgin. im/doxygen/ Title: Re: My custom winapp Post by: lvalics on January 12, 2009, 01:50:19 PM I am interested as well. I have added you to MSN.
