Hi all,

Just installed this on my website - but need some help now.

I logged into admin control panel, then went and created a department and added myself to that department. How do I add other users to that department? Now I've gone and generated the code - but where does this go?

We turned live support on yet it remained off..

Welcome Jason, to create more operators you must go to System Configuration/Operators/Add

About the code, it can go wherever you want, for example your home page or the index of your suopport department. 

You can place it wherever you want to make your support department available
