Title: Sound Problem - Another possible solution Post by: pelsner on December 21, 2007, 03:53:24 AM Many people have reported sound problems and some have posted a solution. For some that solution may have worked but for others it did not.
Here's how I solved the problem. open mysql db and type the following command: UPDATE operators SET sounds = '1'; Apparently during the creation of the database and/or operators, the default is to disable the sounds. All of them had a 0 in that field. After updating that, sounds worked perfectly... Peter Elsner GKG.NET, INC. I'll have to do some checking and try and track that one down. Thanks for the good eye.

LATER EDIT: From WinApp, must be deactivate and then reactivate the Alert on Chat and then also sound off/on. then will work. |
