I would like to be able to see when the last time an operator attemted to initiate a chat with them, and also see how many they have accepted, and how many they have declined. This one would have to wait for 2.2.x as it would involve some changes to the DB (adding a field to track the last initiate request).

It would also save us time when we see the viewer has declined 10/10 initiates, no real point in attempting again. This way if they say no, you can't initiate for a specified time, or when they leave and come back as a new visit.
