Title: polls to next operator Post by: kevinvanw on January 28, 2008, 01:10:48 PM On my hcl this situation appears...
when operater A does not respond in 60 secs the chat is going to operator B. operator B accepts the chat is started. But the request is still standing on the screen of operator A. when he clicks on accept chat, a second chat is starting. So now the customer is chatting with operator A and B . How can i prevent this. So that when operator B is accepting the chat. The chat request on operator A is deleted. Think of the confusion situations that are created by this problem. thx. kevin Title: Re: polls to next operator Post by: victor on January 30, 2008, 07:33:09 PM which version are you using?
