Help Center Live Community

Hi,
  I have have a host account and in the fantastico they have Help Center Live. Thats how I found out how cool HCL is. :P I created departments & operators. I assigned operators etc. Than I clicked generate code. So I generate the code and put it on another website. Example HCL is under http://mydomain.com/support. I took the generate code and put it on http://mydomain.com without the /support. When I click it nothing happens. Offline or online. How do I fix this. Or what code do I put in?

EDIT AGAIN:
OK I found the issue. It's just FireFox than doesn't work. I tried it in Internet Exploder and it worked. It would be nice if you can get it to work with FireFox.

Hi, It should work on firefox, do you have java installed? what version are you using? if it's not the last one we recommend to install it
