Title: Invisible Code
Post by: brandon112 on February 12, 2008, 02:36:45 AM
When I place this code on a page, and try to start a chat from the operator panel nothing happens. But it works fine when I use Image Code.

I want to be able to pop up, and start a chat with out having an image on the site.

Any ideas?

Did you check the CoBrowse option when geting the Code? I dont know if you are using it but there is a Hidden option on the Code Generator, please tell me if you used it

I know what you mean. When you generated the Invisible Code and place it inside html page, there is nowhere and nothing on the html page for user to click.

You may add the following line in the html page:
<a href="javascript:Live.launch('chat', '', '')">click here to chat</a>

Or..

You should generate the Text Code. Then there will be click-able link to launch Chat window.
