Title: no hcl directory in Etickets

Hello there,
I have recently downloaded and installed HelpCenter and Etickets. I was wanting to remove OsTickets and replace it with Etickets.
I have HelpCenter and Etickets running with no problems seperately, but when I was attempting to follow the module installation instructions posted on this site and in the "eTicket" thread started by Isis, I realized there wasn't a hcl directory within my copy of Etickets, which of course means no config php etc...
it's probably something annoyingly simple that i've overlooked, but if anyone could please point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

The problem is that some modifications to the standard eTickets script to get it working on some servers as a module.  Download the eTicket module from the download section.
