Title: Operator Chats aren't working correctly Post by: bobena on February 26, 2008, 12:07:56 AM This is in both IE and Firefox.
Operator A clicks "Start Operator Chat" Operator A selects Operator B - who is available Operator A gets screen that says "Waiting to connect" Operator B gets the request, clicks accept, and gets a window saying "this chat session has been closed." Do you have Java installed on you PC? Title: Re: Operator Chats aren't working correctly Post by: bobena on February 26, 2008, 06:06:42 PM We're using 2.1.5, and yes, I have Java installed. I can chat with a customer, but not another operator. Java is installed on both machines.
