Title: Several Questions Post by: bobena on February 26, 2008, 07:06:44 PM I've been configuring and testing HCL for a few days now, and I have a few issues that I can't figure out. I'm hoping someone can help me, because to be honest my brain is fried. FYI - we're using 2.1.5
First, the application seems to freeze every once in awhile, and I have no idea why. All of a sudden IE will hang, any tabs in IE will hang, and we have to close the browser to get things to work again. This is our biggest issue - I can work around everything else. It seems to happen if we do something in the admin area, but I haven't figured out what. Booting the operators causes it for sure, but there are other times when I'll be udpating canned messages and/or operators and it hangs, and other times it's fine. Second, the operators pictures disappear if you update the operator and don't re-upload the picture. Does anyone know where I can fix this in the code? Third - and this is in another post - operator chats don't work. Customer chats are fine, but operator chats say "chat session has ended" to the recipient. Fourth - when updating canned messages, we get these errors: Notice: Undefined variable: operatorid in /homepages/37/d204568806/htdocs/marsvenus.com/public_html/www.marsvenus.com/hcl/class/canned.php on line 113 Notice: Undefined variable: departmentid in /homepages/37/d204568806/htdocs/marsvenus.com/public_html/www.marsvenus.com/hcl/class/canned.php on line 114 Notice: Undefined variable: messaage in /homepages/37/d204568806/htdocs/marsvenus.com/public_html/www.marsvenus.com/hcl/class/canned.php on line 116 Finally - more of a request - has anyone added or considered adding a FAQ page for things your operators need to know, but that aren't canned messages? Title: Re: Several Questions Post by: victor on March 07, 2008, 04:05:52 AM talking about the first issue, did you tried seeing it from another computer?
pdt.: I tried asking for a chat and talk with Stella without any problem Title: Re: Several Questions Post by: bobena on March 18, 2008, 07:15:59 PM It's really intermittent - happened to me once, another operator today... other days we are fine. It seems to happen only to operators, not customers - at least not that we know of.
