I have installed v2.15. When client want to initiate a chat session, after clicking on HCL link, it shows that departments are online. But clicking on some online department - after couple of seconds it returns 'Sorry no available operators...". But if client try to initiate chat session again - then it works. So client must always do that twice. Any idea why this is happening? Maybe some fix is already present? Regards.
