Title: One operator always gets logged out Post by: bobena on May 16, 2008, 05:08:00 PM For no apparent reason. We're running the latest version - it happens on both IE and Firefox. She opens the monitor, takes a chat or two, appears to be logged in, but no one else can see her as being logged off. Refreshing the monitor doesn't work. Any thoughts?
