i jsut installed this script and i log in click on live then click on Start Operator Chat and it says error? any help?

and when people sends messeges it says

I have this Problem too, can anyone help us ?

The Department Field is Empty , and i get the same Error description

the first page explains to setup a department and assin it to your user
