Also, I assume this is on 2.1.2 Frankly it sounds like MySQL isn't dealing with the the character set, something that would be easy to overlook, so if that's the case, you may have found a bug. For some reason it appears that the operators information isn't being stored the same as the visitors. I'll do some checking and see what we come up with. I'm not sure if there will be a hot fix for this, since 2.1.3 is pretty close to being released.
