I had enough time to make myself a cup of tea before it was fully loaded. Also, nowhere on your main page does it state you have 'Live Help'. There is only a link at the bottom of the VERY large page to 'Support'.

thanks for your honest opinion unfortunately my site was hacked so thats y it was running slow but i ve been working on it hopefully its running fine now did it show a small have a question banner? sorry it took long to load :) Title: Re: hello all noob here :) Post by: mentalist3d on October 28, 2008, 01:47:26 PM Loads a lot faster now, and the theme looks good, however I would change the Online/Offline icon for help center, it just didn't quite fit the look of the page, change the colours to green :)
