Title: Transcripts not being saved to DB Post by: Geneticus on August 08, 2008, 04:27:17 PM I've been doing some useability testing for our organization (helpdesk) and I cannot seem to locate transcripts, after looking in the transcript table I see that they are not being saved to the db. Can anyone shed some light on this? Otherwise everything appears to be working ok.
