I am the admin of the site http://www.mortgagefit.com (http://www.mortgagefit.com) and I have installed ?Live Help Center? in my site. Over here, operators can see their transcripts and even can delete it. I want to restrict them to deleting their transcripts. I want only the person having the admin right can do that. However I never really thought about it before now, kinda dumb (in many cases) to allow the Op to delete the transcripts. You'll find a new switch in 2.1.3 that will turn this off. When I get the modification in, I'll post it in Tips and Tricks for you.
