Title: HCL Logs Out Too Soon Post by: ferocityhost on October 15, 2008, 11:30:10 PM After I've been logged in for a while, HCL automatically logs me out (I imagine cookies expire or something?). It doesn't tell me I've logged out and then our clients cannot contact us through live support. Does anyone know how I can change this?
