I wonder if anyone knows if someone had this problem, I set everything right install the program works normal for 1 day at most 2 days, then he is always offline. Could it be that your operator is not online?

When someone writes a message when the operator is offline, does the message go to the admin and where would I view it? Or does the message come to my email? I am not seeing either.
