Title: Form fields required Post by: manni on November 09, 2008, 08:59:19 AM Hi there
I have now received a couple of help requests of nameless and email-less people. Upon checking, I discovered that it is indeed possible to send a request without filling in the form at all. Am I overlooking a configuration anywhere where I can turn on/off verification of the form? It is pretty useless and in fact a bit frustrating to receive a help call without knowing from whom. Which leads to the question who would do such a stupid thing as to send a help call without giving information about how to reach one - but that's another story. The fields for name and email have to be mandatory, I think Cheerio Manni Title: Re: Form fields required Post by: tarra on November 11, 2008, 12:09:13 PM I am also very interested in this question.
Hope soemone is going to give us some answers :) Title: Re: Form fields required Post by: manni on November 11, 2008, 02:36:40 PM Yes, . . . and I don't think this issue is irrelevant, as it has been possible to validate form fields for quite some time. . . ;)
