Title: Visitor Stats or hits not working Post by: amerloc on November 29, 2008, 10:41:46 PM Hi I have just installed Help Live Center. All is working great really but I am not getting the visitors stats or hits to show? I have put invisible code on all pages that I would like to monitor in the body. I have also put it in the my header in the <head> . . . . </head> tags but still I am unable to see what typr of traffic is going there and I am also unable to see if anyone is visiting the site by activating the cobrowser option. Any Help??
