Title: Help installing Post by: kardkid on December 10, 2008, 01:57:30 PM I just installed HCL. I have it up on my website www. kardkid. com showing as offline. I have it installed on my local computer but dont know how to configure it to work. Can some one help me? Thanks Jim

Click: System Configuration->Departments->Assignments and verify that the checkbox next to the appropriate department is checked. |
