Title: Always showing as offline Post by: mundt on January 28, 2009, 11:16:25 PM I have chosen the HTML code generator. It doesn't update the image when livehelp is on or offline. I was going to try the Image Online generator code, but for some reason it is saying I don't have permission to access the file on the server, which is confusing since I can access code. php?html and everything else, just not code. php?image. Anyone have a solution for this? I would just like for the image to update when I am online. Also, by selecting html as my generated code, it doesn't popup a chat window, it just opens up a second full size window, which is very inconvenient. Please let me know if you have an answer to any of these problems.
