So, instead of helping each individual person with the same issue over and over, I figure it is easiest if we compile a list of fixes. Hopefully this will be stickied eventually, but until then, feel free to link to it

Known Fixes:

Current Issues:

• Not connecting in any browser on Mac OS X

Here is a compatibility list that daemonkin and I have compiled

Issues

• 1 - Operator window fails to load properly.
• 2 - Need to refresh the operator window to see chat requests.
• 3 - Operator does not receive any messages.
• 4 - Client does not receive any messages.
• 5 - Client cannot get into a chat after being accepted.

Reworking the issues numbering, added a few more tests. What works and what doesn't?

Operators:

• Win FF3 works as an operator
• OSX FF3 doesn't work as an operator
• OSX Safari 4 doesn't works as an operator
• OSX Chromium doesn't works as an operator

What an impressive list. . .

I'm beginning to see why this poor moderator got disillusioned and hit the road.  I guess at this point I should just pray nothing bad happens since so much has been invested in a system that has been, for all intents and purposes, abandoned.

It seems like such a promising system, though.  You guys should really charge a minimal yearly fee or something to keep yourselves motivated.  I don't know how many people download this thing every year but I have to imagine you could make it worthwhile while severely undercutting LivePerson and the like.  Doing this for free is impractical, to say the least.
