Is there a way to make the image popup when initiating a chat position relative to browser's window not page top left corner?

When I initiate a chat, visitors can't see the invitation window, because it pops up in the top part of the page, where no one can see it. I have changed the position to relative but then it is relative to the page top not the browser's window.
