hi . .
i have do all the instructions to install the program But the config. php i cannot change the permissions to 777   

the server informed me that i don't need to change it because i have All privilges . .
so how can we solve this atter

Hi.

If you can't change the permission to this file, you can edit it manualy.  You must edit it and type de hostname, user, pass, url, etc. . .
