Is there any way to modify the look of the ticket forms.
I can't seem to figure out what components make up the various html pages
that are displayed when visitors are using the system.
They seem to be a combination of php, css, js, and ? but I can't determine
what to change to alter the look of the pages.
Is there a component list or something that says?:
main trouble ticket page=
index.php
page.css
action.js
image.gif
etc.etc
I tried using the source code for the html page but still can't seem to figure out
which files in which directories are composing the page.
Or is this a violation of copyright or licensing terms?

Thanks,
Gary

Most things are edited in the templates, however the one thing that isn't (and should be in my mind) is the form for offline TT.  Because that part of the system is being revamped, it probably won't get fixed until 5.0  You'll find it in modules/LiveHelp/index.php
