Problems every time I try to create a department or operator

when I try to create a department or operator, and I click on the button, it goes to the following url hxxp: admin/departments. php and obviously gives me an error "server not found", what can I do?

I found the problem!!!!
on the config. php my elephante installer set the website with a "/" at the end
