Hi people,
I'm facing the same problem: chat not working.
When I try to open "Help Center Live" chat room in Internet Explorer, a javascript error message is shown:
'parent. window. Chat' is null or not an object.
I'm using the "portuguese" language mode (I'm brazilian too).
I've downloaded the latest HCL version ("hcl-2. 1. 7. zip"). Do you know if there's a fix for this error?
Thank you.

make sure you have Java installed, it isn't by default, and the built in java scripting is junk.
