Hi,

I downloaded help center today and we noticed a problem when we were testing the system. My partner and I ran a chat test, my partner acting as a customer and me running the system. Everything was working pretty smoothly for a while but then my end seemed to go down. Basically, he was typing a message to me and it wasn't coming through my end. The message came up that he was in the process of typing a message but then nothing appeared. All of my chat carried on going through to his computer.

Is this a comon bug and can we fix it easily?

Other than that, we are both really impressed with the system and will definately be adding it to our other websites.

What browsers where you using for the test?  I've had issues with IE 6 & 7 if the server is not a "trusted" site.

I've had VERY good luck with the opera browser.  The thing is a tank. Smiley

Thanks for the reply and advice.

I have been running it on IE 7 from my computer. I'll give it a go on Opera and see if I can keep it running on there. I'll let you know how it goes  Smiley.

I've also noticed that my comp's been playing up a lot today. For some reason it keep closing out dreamweaver and IE. It could be that my comp is causing some of the issues.

Um, out of a dozen or so computers, only 2 are windows here (Vista) one Mac, and the rest are *nix machines, so I'm disinclined to comment too much...   Wink
