I have tried searching Rating but could not find any topics related to what I was interested in.

Would you possibly be able to tell me where the ratings are or where I could view what 'our customers' have rated our service? I looked everywhere.  Maybe I missed something.  Thank You.

You can see ratings of your operators by going to the HCL admin console and going to system configuration and then statistics.  From there you can see how operators are rated as well as some other info like referrers (e. g.  how often google or yahoo search results send someone to your site).

There is an issue with the rating though:

Client can rate operator multiple times since the rating part is not being removed after rating has been transferred.  - maybe a suggestion for V3
