I cannot login to the HCL. I have tried every password that it could be.

How can I reset the password? And can I reset it without going into the sql database. Not my best subject Smiley

Can anybody help? What if I delete everything and reinstall? Including purge the database? And if I need to clean the database first, what would I remove? I really need to get into the live chat.

Okay, all solved. Had to go in and reset the pass in the db.

thinking about a forgot password link to be added. Would have saved time Smiley
